I know its been a while since I last wrote a blog post. Soooo much going on here at Social Diva HQ’s!! Very busy with some very exciting clients!

I was approached last month by Body by Vi (which is an american health company) to do some marketing for them here in the UK.  I loved the sound of it so much I actually started to do the 90 Day Body By Vi Challenge myself! Well, what can I say…I bl**dy love it!!

I lost 5Ib in the first 6 days!! I am now on day 24 and I feel fantastic…More energised, healthier, my skin is glowing, my body is changing!! and I am not dreading putting on a bikini now either! Who doesn’t want to feel like that right? After turning 40 last November I knew that this year I wanted to get fit and feel fabulous so this has come at perfect timing for me.
